Below are the steps to create your Educator Talent Transparency Portal account.
When you receive an invitation to create an account, your user permissions will be set by the person who sent the invite. If, however, you created an account without receiving an invitation, your permissions will default to the Applicant role.
If you created your own account and/or need to be assigned a different role within your district (such as Talent Manager), please reach out to your HR Director for assistance.
Account Creation Steps
- Check your inbox for an email from no-reply @mecca.mdek12.org similar, to the one below. Click Accept Invitation.
*Note - if you are unable to locate your invitation email, navigate directly to https://etp.mdek12.org/secure/home and skip to step #2.
- Click Sign Up Now and enter your email address on the next screen. Then, click Send verification code.
- Retrieve the verification code from your inbox and enter.
- Click continue, and fill out the user details on the next screen.
- You are in and ready to interact with the platform! Bookmark the homepage so that you can easily return to it.
