How do I set up my account so that I can create and post positions?

Talent Managers and Superintendents can create and post positions.

Assistant Talent Mangers can draft positions.  To learn more about the Assistant Talent Manager role, click here.

Talent Managers and Superintendents can invite users to the platform and designate their role.  Please note that MDE guidelines is to have one Talent Manager per district, and to leverage the Assistant Talent Manager and Talent Manager roles.
