First, verify that the user was invited to the platform.
Search by their name or email address. A user who was invited but needs to finish setting up their account will show as "Invited".
If their status is "Invite Pending", instruct the user to navigate directly to https://etp.mdek12.org/secure/home and skip to step #2 here.
If no result shows for the user, follow the steps to invite a user here.
