Overview
The Educator Talent Portal (ETP) includes a secure messaging system that allows users to communicate within the platform. This guide explains how to use the messaging system's features, including sending, editing, and deleting messages.
Compose a New Message
1. All user roles except Applicants can compose a new message. Click on the message icon in the navigation bar.
2. The messaging panel will open, displaying any recent conversations. Click Compose Message.
3. Use the search bar to find, select, and add recipients.
You can add more than one recipient to a message. When choosing this option, recipients can only reply to the sender and not to the group.

Each recipient will receive an email notification to visit the platform and read the message.
